Drama therapy uses acting, improvisation, theatre games, and psychodrama as tools for personal growth and change. It is playful, yet sparks insight. It promotes spontaneity, creativity, and expressiveness. This group will offer workshops and groups that  introduce participants to this powerful means for changing self-defeating patterns and practicing new roles and constructive behaviors. Our goal is to nurture the craft of acting and its' participants, while broadening awareness of its contributions to the world. All skill levels welcome.

This Meet Up is for those who enjoy improv (or want to learn it) to find classes and workshops. Especially to serve drop in improv classes in San Francisco. Although this will probably be mostly short form classes, a drop in long form/Harold workshop would also be welcome - as would classes on musical improvisation.
